  • At just year 1 as a First Officer, Envoy pilots can move to Captain pay at only 750 turbine hours!
  • Have Part-121 experience? Pilots with experience can now use that experience toward their salary rate, retirement, and vacation time.
  • Every 2 hours an employee is on a Duty Rig, they get paid for 1 hour.
  • Every 4 hours an employee is on a Trip Rig, they get paid for 1 hour.
    • Duty Rigs (Ratio-in-Guarantee) is credit-based income from the amount of time an employee stays on duty.
    • Trip Rigs (Ratio-in-Guarantee) is credit-based income from the time away from an employee’s domicile.
  • Pilots receive 100% of “Deadhead” pay.
    • When a pilot is on a flight but is not actively doing the flying, they will still get paid. This is considered “Deadhead” pay.
  • 150% holiday pay.
    • Employees receive 8 paid holidays, which include Halloween and the yearly February “Big Football Game”.
