Envoy Offering Industry Leading Pay For Envoy Pilots

Envoy Pilots can earn up to
$187.5k in bonuses.

Envoy Air, a subsidiary of American Airlines Group, offers Cadets up
to $30,000 in sign-on bonuses while providing them with a guaranteed seat at American Airlines.

regional airlines. With a starting pay rate for new hires at more than $50 per hour.

Envoy Flight Benefits:

  • Free and unlimited space-available travel on the AA network.
    • If there is space on a flight, Envoy pilots are able to fly as often as they want for free!
  • Since Envoy is a subsidiary of American Airlines Group, Envoy has a direct flow to working at American Airlines. An interview with American Airlines is not necessary.
  • Company matched 401k retirement savings plan.
    • For each dollar you save in your 401(k), Envoy will contribute 50% of up to 7% of eligible earnings, for a maximum of 3.5% of your salary.
  • Employees receive 20% off of tickets purchased on aa.com.
  • Insurance benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life.
  • Employees receive a minimum of 12 days off per month.

  • At just year 1 as a First Officer, Envoy pilots can move to Captain pay at only 750 turbine hours!
  • Have Part-121 experience? Pilots with experience can now use that experience toward their salary rate, retirement, and vacation time.
  • Every 2 hours an employee is on a Duty Rig, they get paid for 1 hour.
  • Every 4 hours an employee is on a Trip Rig, they get paid for 1 hour.
    • Duty Rigs (Ratio-in-Guarantee) is credit-based income from the amount of time an employee stays on duty.
    • Trip Rigs (Ratio-in-Guarantee) is credit-based income from the time away from an employee’s domicile.
  • Pilots receive 100% of “Deadhead” pay.
    • When a pilot is on a flight but is not actively doing the flying, they will still get paid. This is considered “Deadhead” pay.
  • 150% holiday pay.
    • Employees receive 8 paid holidays, which include Halloween and the yearly February “Big Football Game”.

Envoy is introducing a new bonus structure for pilots with Part 121.436 experience.
