Recently, Will earned his Master CFI (Certificated Flight Instructor) designation by NAFI, his professional aviation education association.
The National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI) Master Instructor Designation is a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-recognized national accreditation that is earned by a candidate through a thorough process of ongoing professional activity and review. Credit is based on a candidate’s professional activity and accomplishments throughout two years prior to his application for said accreditation. It identifies the outstanding aviation instructors who devote themselves to excellence, proficient growth and service to the aviation community.
